The service

PingWait watches upcoming films and concerts and emails you when tickets for the ones you follow go on sale. It is free to use and offered as it is, with no promise that it will always be available.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Use an address you actually read, because it is the only way we can reach you. One account per person.

How accurate the alerts are

Release dates, concert listings and ticket availability come from TMDB, from Ticketmaster and from the sellers themselves. They change, they arrive late, and sometimes they are simply wrong. Treat our email as a nudge to go and look, not as a guarantee: we are not responsible for a sale you miss.

Leaving and closing

You can leave whenever you like: delete your account yourself from your profile page and it goes at once, with everything attached to it. We may close an account that abuses the service, floods it with requests, or breaks the law.

Changes

These terms will change as PingWait grows. The date above says when they last did, and we write to you before a change that materially affects you.
