You follow the films and artists you care about. We watch the data sources that publish their release dates and their concerts, and when a release date is announced or moves, or a new concert turns up in your country, we tell you by email and by push notification.

It is free, it is offered as it stands, and none of it is guaranteed: not that a notification will arrive, not that it will arrive in time, and not that the service will be there when you look.

Release dates and concert listings come from outside sources. They can be incomplete, late, changed after we read them, or missing altogether. Treat what we tell you as a reason to go and look, and check the official source before you buy a ticket or travel.

TMDB, Ticketmaster and the ticket sellers we link to are not run by us. What happens on their sites is between you and them, under their terms.

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account counts as done by you. Use an address you actually read, because it is the only way we can reach you. We may close an account that abuses the service, floods it with requests or breaks the law.

Delete your account from your profile page or from the app whenever you like. It goes at once, with everything attached to it, and we stop writing to you.

We run this carefully and we promise nothing beyond that. We are not responsible for a screening or a concert you miss, for a date that turned out to be wrong, for a journey you made on the strength of one, or for anything else that follows from acting on a notification without checking. Where the law does not let us limit what we answer for, it is not limited.

These terms will change as PingWait grows. The date at the top says when they last did, and we write to you before a change that materially affects you. Carrying on with the service after a change means you accept it.
